• Visitors must follow the instructions given by security officials or other authorized personnel. In case of violation of these regulations you may be dismissed from the garden and/or be prosecuted.

• Children under 12 are only admitted under adult supervision.

• Paper and other garbage should be put into the garbage cans.

• Flowers, branches, fruits, etc. must not be picked or touched.

• Toilets for visitors are situated at the main entrance and behind the large Palm House.

• No trespassing on the lawns are allowed except in the annual quarter and in the Rosarium.

• Information, folders, and maps can be obtained at the entrances and in the shop.
