The Bon-Garden Business Hotel has been contracted to provide rooms for conference attendants. There are three other hotels available near the conference venue, which are CITYINN Zhuzilin, Novotel Bauhinia Hotel and Grand Mercure Oriental Ginza (hotel details are list below). But it is strongly encouraged to make reservations at the Bon-Garden Business Hotel, where the registration desk will be set up. Cancellation Policy

The conference local organizing committee ([email protected]) must be notified in writing about any cancellation of the participation. The following cancellation conditions will apply:

1). Cancellations received by Nov 15, 2011, 75% registration fees refunded.
2). Cancellations received from Nov 15, 2011, no registration fee refunded.
