“Life Science and Technology Frontier Form” Held at Fairy Lake Botanical Garden

Shenzhen Fairy Botanical Garden Chinese Academy of Sciences joined hands with Shenzhen Genomics Institute, School of Environment and Energy, Shenzhen Graduate School of Peking University and Shenzhen International Garden and Flower Expo Park to hold the “Life Science and Technology Frontier Forum” at Fairy Lake Botanical Garden on December 3. Deputy Chairman of Shenzhen Science and Technology Association Zhang Keke attended the Forum and made an important speech. A total of over 80 experts and postgraduates were present at the Forum.

Eight experts from School of Environment and Energy Peking University, Shenzhen Genomics Institute and Fairy Lake Botanical Garden delivered wonderful speeches at the one-day Forum, with topics involving bioinformatics, the development of microorganism new energy, plants protection, etc. They had an exchange about the latest research results to promote the scientific research cooperation. President of School of Environment and Energy Peking University PhD. Gen Xu made a concluding speech of the Forum. He spoke highly of the Forum and said that it’s an adventure for the educational body, corporate research institution and public science education base to co-organize a high-end academic forum. The successful convening of the Forum promoted the knowledge innovation in the field of life science in Shenzhen and created a good academic atmosphere for the life science in Shenzhen.
