The Academic Committee of Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden Established
The Academic Committee of Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden Chinese Academy of Sciences was set up recently, and the first plenary session was held at Fairy Lake Botanical Garden on February 26. The Academic Committee was chaired by the well-known botanist Hong Deyuan, and Director of Fairy Lake Botanical Garden Li Yong was appointed Deputy Director of the Committee. The members include: Fairy Researchers of Lake Botanical Garden Chen Tao, Zhang Li, Li Nan and Deputy Researchers Jiao Genlin and Zhang Shouzhou, PhD Wu Hong of South China Agricultural University, etc. Mr. Hong Deyuan chaired the first plenary session of the Academic Committee. The session had an in-depth discussion about Fairy Lake Botanical Garden’s discipline orientation, priority development fields, etc.
