Director Li Yong Attends CAS 2009 Botanical Garden Directors Meeting
The 2009 Botanical Gardens Director Meeting of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) was held at Wuhan Botanical Garden on March 13. The Meeting discussed on the CAS botanical gardens’ special IT funds, as well as the feasibility, operability and rationality of the national botanical garden system construction. Lou Zhiping, Director of Integrative Biology Department, Bureau of Life Science & Biotechnology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and some directors of regional botanical gardens attended the Meeting. Shenzhen Fairy Lake Botanical Garden Director Li Yong delivered a speech about the Garden’s work in 2008 at the Meeting.
